(26 July 2019, Bangkok) MQDC – Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited, a leading Thai property developer that operates, develops, invests in, and manages villa, condominium, and mixed-use projects under the commitment ‘for all well-being’, as the owner and developer of Whizdom residential projects, moves forward to create a learning and sharing society by introducing the latest Whizdom Brand Ambassador, “Nine Naphat Siangsomboon”, representing the new generation, supporting the creative activities of smart and good-hearted people by focusing on inspiring events, instilling social and environmental responsibility, and providing a role model for a new generation of young people who are ready to develop their potential and spread further the concept of “A society of smart and good-hearted people”.

Mr. Assada Kaeokhiao, President of the Whizdom brand within Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), one of the leading real estate developers in Thailand, identifies Whizdom’s main target as the new generation interested in lifestyle innovations and a learning and sharing society. “We, therefore, continue to develop the lifestyle of the new generation by choosing to focus on the value of ‘A society of smart, good-hearted people’. Mr. Krissayuth Chavavitayatham, Vice President of Whizdom Society by MQDC, said: “Since the beginning of the year, MQDC has spent over THB40 million to set up the Whizdom Club to be a multifunction space that is part of the Whizdom Society. It is not just co-working space but a space to create a learning society and meet the needs of the new generation’s lifestyle. It has been in service since February, for about 5 months, with an average of 4,000-5,000 users each month. It has opened 24 hours a day since the beginning of July, targeting 10,000 people each month by the end of this year. We also have activities organized for Whizdom members and the general public that will help develop skills and give inspiration in various areas throughout the year to enhance the quality of life, security, and health of residents to live a quality life full of happiness every day. In the first half of the year, Whizdom Club has hosted 20 activities for which over 1,000 people have registered. We have found that the new generation continues to use the service in the area more.

“MQDC will continue to build a learning and sharing society that will support the new generation to the world stage with the dimension of learning: social sharing. In the near future, MQDC plans to launch additional Whizdom Club overseas, starting from India,” said Mr. Krissayuth.

‘Nine’ Naphat Siangsomboon, Whizdom’s New Brand Ambassador, said: I accepted to be Whizdom’s Brand Ambassador because the brand has a clear objective: to be a representative of the new generation. I want to inspire and encourage the new generation in creating useful things and this made me recognize that both Whizdom and I had the same purpose in supporting social change, starting from a small point, which is a society for the new generation. Whizdom has begun by opening a space for learning and creativity like the Whizdom Club, an inspiration hub, empowering the new generation.

“Whizdom Society by MQDC has continuously created activities to support the sharing and learning society, such as the launch of the Whizdom Club, which is a space for organizing activities to realize potential and ideas under the framework of creating a society of smart people with good minds. Another very beneficial project is Bright Start Breakfast, which provides free breakfasts to all Whizdom residents. The initiative reflects our understanding of the behavior of the new generation, who have to rush in the morning to study or work, with no time to eat breakfast. And the Whizdom Scholarship project now supports a new scholarship model, which provides free scholarships to students, with accommodation in Whizdom condominiums as well as grants. A new activity I will have the opportunity to join is Re-forest, which helps restore forest at Khao E-to in Prachinburi Province, working alongside people from various organizations. I believe these activities will help the new generation develop, with both good actions and inspiration in creating new things for our society and the world,” Nine said.
