Mulberry Celebrates the Opening of Grayson Perry's Latest Exhibition at The Serpentine Gallery

British luxury brand Mulberry is delighted to sponsor artist Grayson Perry's new exhibition "The Most Popular Art Exhibition Ever!" at the Serpentine Gallery in London.

 

To celebrate the opening of the exhibition on Thursday 8th June, Mulberry hosted a Private View at the Serpentine Gallery attended by Grayson Perry, Creative Director Johnny Coca, Mulberry CEO Thierry Andretta, CEO of the Serpentine Galleries Yana Peel, Hans-Ulrich Obrist, Sai Bennett (wearing full Mulberry), Anais Gallagher (wearing full Mulberry), Sophie Kennedy Clark( wearing full Mulberry), Henry Lloyd Hughes, Jenny Bastet ( wearing full Mulberry) and Serena Rees.

 

Guests enjoyed a selection of canapes and bubbles and had the chance to see new artwork by Grayson Perry, including Matching Pair, the Brexit pots profiled on Channel 4 show Grayson Perry: Divided Britain.

 

Grayson Perry carried a bespoke Mulberry bag for the launch, one of two designed in collaboration with Johnny Coca and based on the new Amberley bag. One version, designed to match Grayson's outfit for the launch, features a croc-effect hologram finish with candy pink suede lining, while the other is in a vivid lemon yellow smooth calf leather. Both have detachable and interchangeable leather and chain handles.
