Glamour on the red carpet

Chopard was a proud partner at the 75th anniversary of Germany's most prominent media award, once again extending the glitz and glamour of the Cannes Film Festival in Germany. The 75th BAMBI Awards occurred on November 16th, 2023, in the Bavaria Filmstadt Munich. Chopard has been an exclusive BAMBI partner since 2006 and, as a ‘jeweller of the stars’, adorns national and international stars with precious jewellery creations for their glamorous appearance on the red carpet.

The over 300-m long red carpet offered one of the greatest spectacles of the year and created Germany's very own Cannes Red Carpet moment full of glamour, elegance and the magic of cinema. In addition to the actresses Maria Furtwängler, Jeanette Hain and Palina Rojinski, top model Stella Maxwell, presenters Silvie Meis and Nazan Eckes, and singer Leony also wore the Haute Joaillerie creations and timepieces from Chopard. Caroline Marie Scheufele, the daughter of Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, represented the Maison.

The BAMBI’s – crafted by Chopard

Caroline Scheufele, Co-President and Artistic Director, refined the design of the golden deer. She redesigned an oval diamond-cut crystal base for the famous statue, delicately handcrafted by artists in the Chopard workshops in Geneva. This is how the BAMBI trophy, coveted as a prize, became a real gem.

In addition to the BAMBIs, the Palme d'Or, awarded by the Festival jury at the end of the competition at the Cannes Film Festival, is also made by Chopard every year.
