Renowned "Master of Complications" Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller presents an extraordinary and exclusive "Haute Horlogerie Experience" Pop-up Event to exhibit and show off its ground-breaking Grand Complications, as well as the masterpieces of High Jewellery watches. The showcase also features the brand’s latest timepieces in Bangkok, Thailand from 23 March to April 10, 2022 at the Hall of Fame, M floor, Siam Paragon.

In coinciding with this year's celebration of the brand’s 30th anniversary on an extraordinary journey as one of the most acclaimed independent watchmakers, the event will showcase both Franck Muller’s groundbreaking timepieces and the opportunity for guests to explore its special milestone in the world of Haute Horlogerie by walking through Franck Muller’s watchmaking expertise and its creations. While celebrating the brand’s splendid achievements, the latest collections will be unveiled to illustrate the watchmaker’s innovative spirit. This event will include the Grand Complications that manifest Franck Muller's unrivalled skills in the field of inventing and pioneering of Swiss watchmaking to advance the standard of quality, complexity and beauty of the mechanisms. At the same time, you will also explore intricate timepieces representing the brand’s unique creativity, beautiful aesthetics, and refined interpretation of mechanical complications.

The exhibition will present a variety of sophisticated Grand Complication timepieces that originated from innovation and know-how, combined with the traditional crafts of high watchmaking. Devotees of exquisite mechanical watches will discover the wonders of the Grand Central Tourbillon, which will be showcased in a smaller size as a WPHH 2022 Novelty Preview. As the world's first centre tourbillon in a tonneau-shaped case and in the middle of an exceptional guilloché dial, the collection is the result of over a year of industrious research and development. Contained within the sleek and modern lines of a completely re-designed Cintrée Curvex case now lies a masterstroke of modern watchmaking.

Franck Muller's Vanguard Gravity Tiger, which many have been waiting to see since its debut at the start of the 'Year of the Tiger' in early February, will also be showcased at the event. It is one of the exceptional masterpieces that combines high mechanical watchmaking with the artistic crafts of gem-setting and miniature sculpting and painting. The Vanguard Gravity Tiger pays homage to the Chinese zodiac animal, ranked third of the 12 creatures, as well as 30 years of high watchmaking by the prestigious watch manufacture.

Another of the specialties to be exhibited at this event is the new Vanguard Revolution 3 Skeleton, inspired by the very first triple axis tourbillon by Franck Muller and considered one of the most complex creations in Haute Horlogerie. Enhanced by a breathtaking skeleton movement, the piece allows one to observe the complexity of one of the most beautiful mechanisms in all of Horlogerie. This requires the expertise, experience and dedication of watchmakers and mechanical engineers, as well as collaborating with designers and craftsmen who masterfully sculpt and finish from the inner heart of the movement to the outer case.

The latest creation by Franck Muller's watchmakers celebrates the chorus of colours found in nature, combined with the traditional art of skeletonisation by in-house craftsmen. At this event, you will get up close with the timeless classic of Round Baguette Rainbow Skeleton 7 Days Power Reserve. The gentle rounded bezel and caseback, along with a polished and softly curved case middle and lugs, follow the natural curves of the pebbles found in the streams, smoothened over time by running water, which were one of the inspirations behind the collection. A remarkable combination of traditional skeletonisation and the art of gem-setting through incomparable craftsmanship has given rise to the impeccable beauty of this exquisite High Jewellery timepiece.

Along with those spectacular highlights, a selection of Franck Muller’s latest creations will be also exhibited, including the Vanguard Casablanca, the revival of the classic Casablanca legend. It builds on the original Casablanca’s simple elegance and houses it in the iconic and modern Vanguard case, giving the watch a stronger and more powerful presence on the wrist. Simple yet sophisticated, the new Vanguard Casablanca is coupled with a hand-stitched alligator strap for a sporty and contemporary look.

The exhibition will showcase some of the must-see highlights, including the Vanguard Rose Skeleton and the Vanguard Casablanca respectively.
