Available every day for lunch and dinner at COAST Beach Club & Bistro, the freshly-curated ‘Spice up Your Seafood Salads’ adds to the bistro’s already-extravagant à la carte menu, tasty seafood-and-salad creations of many styles – each using only the freshest catch of the ocean to match with freshly sourced-seasonal produce. All the while, its celebrated Chef de Cuisine Tharathon Chindaphu and his passionate culinary team fuse a creative Cosmopolitan flair from around the globe to create more exciting flavours.

Some highlighted dishes include Crab cakes & rocket salad bursting with refreshing flavours from pomelo, raspberry, and pomegranate in a creamy orange dressing that makes for a great accompaniment to crab cakes. Spicy snow fish salad, served alongside cherry tomatoes, green beans, cucumber and mint, is packed with an exotic flavour from Thai-inspired dressing made using Isan-style ‘Larb’ seasoning.

Cajun-shrimp Cobb salad likewise presents a delicious and slightly spicy twist to a classic Cobb that keeps all the staples — hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, avocado, Spanish onions, and crumbled blue cheese, while Summer salmon salad brings a remarkably fresh, yet creamy Asian take in the bistro’s homemade soy-ginger dressing that tops seasonal salad greens, candied tomatoes and strawberry.

Complimenting an extensive menu choice is the bistro’s á la carte selection that serves up 50 new mouth-watering dishes for every type of preference; the seafood lovers, the carnivores and of course the vegetarians as well.
