Dolce&Gabbana and Fiasconaro, collaborate together once again, to celebrate the Italian pastry tradition and unique flavours of Sicily: the Panettone with Sicilian hazelnut and smooth spreadable manna cream is an invitation to discover the delicacies from the Madonie, the mountain range standing out against the Province of Palermo.

In this new confectionery offer, the rich taste of hazelnuts grown over the centuries in the area of the Polizzi Generosa village, whose altitude promotes the creation of an ideal habitat for this cultivation, chimes with the refined taste of the manna cream cultivated in the hills between Castelbuono and Pollina. Here, the bark of hash trees, cut by the skilled hands of local farmers who to this day carry out an antique craft, secrete a precious liquid which solidifies when heated by the rays of the sun. The mystery and rarity characterising this particular substance are also inherent in its name, which appears to come from the Hebrew expression man hu, “what is it?”, a reference to the well-known biblical passage. Thus, the manna is created, with its wonderful sugary sap engaged for dessert, cosmetic and medicinal preparations, flagship of the agricultural production from the Madonie.

The new Panettone available in the 800g size and the smooth Manna cream jar in the 200g size are enclosed in an elegant collectible tin in pink and blue tones, with Sicilian-inspired decorations and natural scenery that pay tribute to the beauty of the Island.


The Panettone with Sicilian Almonds
Covered with icing, sugar grains and almonds, this panettone presents a naturally leavened dough, enhanced by soft raisins flavoured with Vino Perpetuo Vecchio Samperi, an elixir with a citrusy aftertaste, mainstay of the Marsala wine tradition. This panettone is available in the 1 kg size, this year within a new beautiful collectible packaging.

This panettone, with soft pieces of candied orange and citron combined with raisins, is accompanied by the elegant bottle with a wine nebulizer in a 30ml bottle to spray directly on the dessert: a ritual with a Made in Italy flavour. This product is available in the 1 kg size.

The Glazed Chestnuts and Gianduia Panettone
Covered in chestnut cream and a chocolate glaze, this delicacy already present in the Fiasconaro catalogue is a scrumptious recipe ideal for the upcoming holidays. This panettone is available in the 1 kg size.

The Sicilian Pistachio Panettone
Covered in white chocolate and pistachios, it is accompanied by a jar of velvety pistachio cream with a gold-coloured spreader, both in the 1 kg size (800 g and 200 g of cream) and in the brand new 600 g size (500 g and 100 g of cream).

The Citrus and Saffron Panettone
This panettone has a soft dough enriched with pieces of candied lemon, orange and mandarin combined with saffron and available in three sizes (1 kg, 500 g and 100 g).

The desserts can be accompanied by 200 g creams that can be purchased separately: Sicilian pistachio, almond, and chocolate.

Sicily as an infinite source of inspiration: the Sicilian cart, the puppet theatre and the typical ingredients of the island become the protagonists of the colourful panettoni packaging, created by Dolce&Gabbana and imbued with the brand’s flair.
