A tribute to the love for craftsmanship

PreviousNext

Inspired by Venetian art, culture and splendour, the Alta Sartoria and Alta Moda Collections pay homage to the history of Venice and its illustrious artists, while the Alta Gioielleria Collections enchant guests with the glow of gold and gems, as precious and unique as the city itself.

The three days shows in Venice was stunningly with a parade of gondolas, a surprise rainbow painting the sky, and a flock of A-list guests, Dolce&Gabbana’s Sunday evening Alta Moda fashion show lived up to its dramatic setting at the Piazzetta San Marco in Venice, Italy. The 100-look collection is the first to be shown at the historic venue, and models draped in silks, velvets, and colorful crystals arrived by gondola to walk in front of a crowd that included Jennifer Lopez, Kris Jenner, Ciara, Kitty

Spencer, Normani, and Megan Thee Stallion. The Designers, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana are proud of their heritage, Sicilian and Venetian respectively. Their home territory has been always the inspiration and creativity. This year they graced Venice with their presence for the launch of their new season collection of ‘Alta Moda’ or ‘haute couture’ clothing for both men and women. Working extensively with Venetian artisans, the collection included fabulous fabrics, shimmering silks, amazing embroidery and every type of luxurious finish. There were sparkling glass beads from Murano, gold and silver woven fabrics, feathers and lace, satin and sparkle, sparkle everywhere. This is the wonderful glamorous time in Venice for us to look for the really nice collections arose from the magnificent shows !
